1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FutureBlink ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our website at futureblink.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. 4. User Registration

We offer various SaaS products through our brands including Hoppy Apps, BelloBots, SalesBlink, and DPDP Compliant. Each product may have its own specific terms of service, which will be presented to you when you sign up for or use those products. Use of those products is subject to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our products or services at any time without prior notice.

6. Payments and Billing

For products that require payment, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

8. User Generated Contributions

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES, THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. FutureBlink itself and regardless of conflict of law principles, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to these Terms and/or the Site.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
